With his father seemingly dead, he attacks Apollo’s Chariot attacker Marcus Seligman. The fight is cut short when the orbital elevator begins to crash on New York City
After Percival’s collapse, Dylan is recruited into the USN Army preparing for war against the Oceania Cooperative Union
